Do you only take calls and messages?

No. While professional call answering is our core service, our virtual receptionists do much more. We can schedule and update appointments, manage calendars, handle data entry, and even provide transcription services. Files can be securely uploaded via the Client Area or emailed directly.

Do I need to sign a contract?

Absolutely not. We operate on a no-contract basis, giving you full flexibility. You’re free to hire a virtual receptionist and cancel our services anytime, with no hidden fees. The only agreement is to ensure all invoices are up to date before ending the service.

Will I receive a phone number?

Yes. Each client receives a dedicated receptionist for business with a unique phone number and direct line. There’s no sharing with other clients—your calls are kept private and professional.

How are messages sent?

Our virtual receptionists will forward your messages by email or SMS. Urgent calls can also be transferred directly to your mobile or any number you specify. This way, you’ll never miss a call again.

What programs do you work with?

We work with a wide range of office and booking software, including Google Calendar, Simple Salon, Shortcuts, and many others. Check the Client Area for more details, or let us know your preferred system—we’ll adapt to your business needs.

What are your working hours?

Our virtual reception services are available:

  • Mon – Fri: 8am – 7pm
  • Saturday: 8am – 3pm (Queensland time)

There’s no downtime for holidays, sick leave, or annual leave. You only pay for the time we’re actively supporting your business—making us an affordable virtual receptionist option compared to hiring in-house staff.
